The program of the cooking classes consists in the preparation of some typical regional dishes and in the evening students will eat at our restaurant the dishes prepared by them (only wine at the table is excluded.)

Partecipants in the cooking class will be given the kitchen apron with the „La Cantina del Poggiaccio“ logo and will be offered a glass of our Chianti Classico dei Colli Senesi, because with a good glass of wine you can cook… always better.
